Muellers Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons flour

1 teaspoon salt

2 1/2 cups milk

1 teaspoon dry mustard

2 cups shredded cheese, extra sharp

8 ounces Mueller's Elbow Macaroni

1/4 cup buttered bread crumbs

Directions

In a saucepan, melt or microwave butter; remove from heat, blend in flour, salt and mustard. Add milk, beat - stirring constantly, until sauce thickens a little and is smooth. Add 1 1/2 cups of cheese; beat until melted, stirring occasionally.
